About the event
This is a 3 hour class for parents who have already had a birth that was traumatic or not ideal. This is a class on how to birth your baby in the most physiological, hormonally congruent way possible. This can be done one on one in home, or is offered every other month as a group class. In this class we’ll talk about consent and how to get a different experience. We’ll talk about inductions, interventions, epidurals and cesareans, as well as pain management in labour. If you hire one of us to be your doula,
the cost of this class will come off your birth package.
