About the event
Why take our prenatal class?  It is taught by our very own Sarah Hutchison who lives and breathes life-long learning.  With a background in anatomy, physiology and biology, it is her passion to educate you about how the body works in labour.  You’ll leave this class feeling confident in your body’s ability to birth.
This prenatal class can be done one on one in the comfort of your home, or in a group setting. Â It is a 5 module class that covers:
Healthy Pregnancy
Anatomy and Physiology of the pregnant womanÂ
The Birth Process
Postpartum Health and Decisions
Breastfeeding
Class is Saturday at 85 Cathcart St. London, ON 10am-4pm
