Starting a family is an adventure, there are so many changes we have to go through. It can feel so overwhelming to figure out infant feeding, sleeping, your routine, your sleep, your loneliness being at home with a baby and little adult interaction.
We are blessed to live in an amazing city for providing support to new moms and families! There are so many options for where you can go if you need help feeding, are struggling with depression or anxiety, or just want to be surrounded by like minded people. It takes a Village. I found going to Mom support groups very helpful when both of my kids were little. Talking to other people about what they were going through made everything feel a lot less isolating.
We wanted to put all of that information in ONE place. Because we all know as a new mom you don't have time to click on link, after link trying to find the right location!
